James Ashburn moves to Düsseldorf, so does his weblog. I’ll add him to my blogroll – I’m just curious why he moves from San Francisco here? Since yesterday night, I’m thinking about California. Another job opportunity opened up, but I haven’t sent my application yet.

Hi Grendel, I am moving to Germany because my German partner wants to move back. I am excited and nervous at the same time because I do not speak any German. I will be going to the Sprache Caffe for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week so hopefully I will pick up the language fairly quickly.
If you’ve got a German partner, you should catch up with the language fairly quickly. As I’ve written in your blog, if I can help somehow, just let me know. Btw, is it your first time in Germany?
